Arise Racing is proud to unveil Australia's first ever comprehensive Driver Development Academy. Focusing on grassroots talent, this program provides a platform for aspiring Drivers to create solid foundations across all aspects of motorsport and qualities needed to be a successful professional racing driver.

The Arise Racing Driver Development Academy will offer specialised pathways toward both Formula 1 and international GT racing, making Arise Racing the first-class option for any young driver looking to pursue a career in motorsport.

Both Formula 1 and GT streams will initially utilise the Radical SR3 as an entry point to develop introductory skills across all facets of driving including racing lines, throttle application, braking techniques, and understanding aerodynamic grip.

Drivers will then have the unique decision to select their desired pathway to pursue in-house, with individually tailored programs developed by taking into consideration progress and desired outcomes. Working side by side with coaches and engineers that have current experience at the highest levels of motorsport, we ensure that Drivers learn techniques and communication skills with the exact structure that will be needed throughout their entire careers.
